From the successful completion of the development project, Our Life as Elderly, we could clearly see the need for long-term changes in many fields of our organizations and in the way we work.
Our new transnational project aimed to implement a number of new solutions in a transnational setting. An implementation through an active cooperation between partners, concerned staff, management, and citizens to secure that our solutions will be sustainable over time.
For the use in other municipalities as well as in groups from the private sector involved in elderly care one important objective in our project now was also to package our changes in the form of tools.
We can see the need for change and we hope that our work will assist and inspire others in their thrive for a better future elderly care.
The implementation and development of new products was performed in the following four areas:
- Competence Development and Staff Recruiting
- Health and Social Services
- Networks
- Housing and Services
