Competence Development and Staff Recruiting

Introduction and Background

The project Our Life as Elderly clearly confirmed a long term and strong need for general competence development and staff recruiting.

From the results in OLE and the subproject "competence development and staff recruiting" we have worked with a development of a number of new products and services. Here are some examples:

  1. Ambassadors. With the concept of "ambassadors" we have created a system and solution for long-term general marketing of existing careers in professions for care.

  2. A best solution and practice for "recruiting and introduction" In our product we present various examples of how this can be done for best results:

  3. Competence development. Solutions like:

    • Technical and organizational solutions for competence tracking.
    • Solutions for competence support in day-to day operations
